Shipped and Home Delivery products

You may have your product delivered to your home via our shipping company. We deliver orders on normal business days, which are Sunday through Thursday excluding Egyptian national holidays. Inaccurate order information such as billing or shipping addresses may result in delays. Products cannot be shipped to incomplete addresses. In the case of a customer refusing the delivery of an item for reasons other than the item being incorrect, the customer agrees to pay the shipping charges incurred and specified on the invoice.

Order cancellations and returns

We are unable to refund any online purchase from the time your order is placed (when you click the Process Order button) until the product is received and returned to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after receiving your product, we will gladly exchange or refund the purchase within 48 hours of the delivery date and provided it is in perfect condition. All claims of incorrect shipment/billing or requests for returns must be made on the same day of delivery. The value of the returned product shall not include any shipping charges. A copy of the customer’s purchase invoice must be included with all returns. All items must be returned complete and in their original condition. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. The customer is responsible for all freight and shipping charges. We currently do not offer international returns or exchanges.
